Pete Torsiello is very conscientious and prepared when you first meet with him. He has already run comps for the area you are selling. He guides you every step of the way to make the selling process a bit less stressful. Pete’s reputation proceeds him. With the sale of my house, we had more than one unexpected and an unprecedented event happen in the middle of the sale and he kept me well informed of my options and whether I wanted to continue with the sale or move on. I am not sure that any other realtor would take the time and discuss my options. If I were to sell again, Pete Torsiello is the only realtor I would consider working with.
