Pete was wonderful during the purchase of our home! We struggled with very difficult sellers & because they missed the deadline on paperwork, our closing was pushed back. However, Pete worked extremely hard to ensure we would be in the house on the original close date. And we were! He took it very seriously how important it was to us to get into the house- we had cleaning companys booked, moving trucks rented & family who flew into town. Without Petes knowledge & determination we would not have had a smooth transaction. He is extremely knowledgeable & works hard for his clients. He worked extremely hard behind the scenes & made the sale as smooth as possible for us. We recommend Pete & will use him to sell when the time comes!! He was always available to meet, show houses or take time to explain what was going on. Can’t say enough!!
