Pete… is the BEST & ONLY Realtor I will ever use again!! I highly recommend him. My sister who lives in Vegas recommended Pete to us. I was living out of state & spoke to him by phone. He took the time to find out; What I was looking for, What our lifestyle looked like, (- Did we do a lot of entertaining? Did we have kids or pets? Do we want more space or more upgrades? Would we want to live by main road or have a larger lot? Did we want to be close to attractions or as far away as possible from them? etc…) After speaking with Pete ONE TIME via phone, I purchased airline tickets to come see what he had prepared for us. Within one week, he had set up over 13 homes to show me. I was BLOWN AWAY when EACH & EVERY ONE he showed me, could have been a viable option! ~ Believe me when I say I am NOT easy to please!~ ~ Pete really LISTENED to me & took the time to find out who we were & what would suit our family’s needs the best. He cared about & HEARD what we wanted & how we wanted it. He answered my questions & checked on how I felt about different things that were in each home & helped me walk through every step of this important process. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, & helpful in many ways that didn’t even pertain to my home finding. When I had questions & he wasn’t available by phone, I would leave a voicemail or text & he would ALWAYS respond within an hour or two @ max! During business hours…. & even a few times AFTER business hours. My experience with Pete was, bar none, the MOST EDUCATIONAL, BEST, MOST EXPEDIENT & MOST ENJOYABLE experience we could ever have had while looking for our new home! We love our new place & will enjoy it for years to come!… However, IF the time should ever arise again for us to find a different place to live, ~ Pete will DEFINITELY be the ONLY Realtor we would ever call!
