It’s hard to know where to start. Pete and his entire team are truly amazing. Because of Pete’s knowledge of the local real estate market, we were able to sell our home for a lot more than we expected, and we were able to find and purchase the home of our dreams. Our list of needs was extensive and specific, and our time line was tight. Pete worked with us day after day, month after month, repeatedly assuring us that he would not rest until he found us a home we loved. We called, texted, and emailed countless times, and we always got a response. I truly don’t know when or how this guy gets any sleep!
