Pete and his team were amazing! He made the selling process so easy I was left asking “is that really it”? Communication was also seamless. Spot on with what needed to be done to list the property. Was able to get it on the listing within days after our tenants moved out. Pictures of the home were great. We got 5 or 6 offers and as they came in he explained each on and highlighted the pros and cons to each offer. We were also happy with his listing price. We will definitely use Pete and his team the next time we buy and or sell. Thank you Pete for helping us sell our property.
