We recently worked with Pete where he assisted us with the purchase of a newly constructed semi-custom home, and sold our six year old home in Providence. Pete worked closely with the builder to represent us during this purchase and to assure our needs and expectations were continuously fulfilled during the purchase transaction, which due to the new construction status lasted approximately six months. When it came to listing our existing two story home for sale, Pete did a comprehensive market assessment to accurately identify the anticipated value of our property and how to best market it to achieve maximum pricing. He again impressed us with his analytical abilities and his great grasp of market and other factors to best sell our home in a timely manner. In approximately ten days after listing, Pete brought us a respectable offer from a very well qualified buyer. The sale transaction proceeded with minimum difficulty and concluded satisfactorily. Throughout both the purchase and sale transaction processes, Pete at all times maintained a keen strategic orientation to assure that the transactions were not side tracked and that our expectations would be met. He takes his customer’s best interests very seriously and always works in a manner to assure those interests are professionally best represent.
