Thanks Pete Torsiello, it was great to do an “in your face” to the realty neighbors next door that said we’d never get the asking price. With all the money we made on that house, (thanks to you). We paid off our house, car and personal loan, not to mention the flooring we put in this house. Thanks Pete, we’re dept. free, at least till my wife goes shopping.
