Pete and his team did a great job for us with the sale of our home. We had a few things that needed to be done before listing the house (minor repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, etc). Pete and his team suggested vendors and then coordinated their activities to complete everything economically in a timely fashion. This was a big help for us as we were out of the area during the sale and coordinating vendors would have been very difficult for us. Pete was also great with market analysis, setting and adjusting our sale price then evaluating offers as they came in. We were well advised all along the way. In short, Pete is a true professional who is an expert in his field. I would recommend Pete and his team to anyone selling their house in the Los Vegas area.
