He did it again! Pete is a Real Estate genius! He has now sold TWO homes of ours and had them both sold in under a week! To merely recommend Pete is an insult. If you are looking to buy or sell, you MUST experience the most knowledgeable and courteous Real Estate PROFESSIONAL in the Las Vegas Valley! Pete negotiated excellently with a somewhat difficult purchaser who continually wanted concessions. We held our ground and Pete let them know we weren’t giving in. He even went after the purchasing realtors junk fee to offset a concession the purchasers wanted. I just can’t say enough!
