Pete helped us buy a house from out-of-state. We met with Pete on a short trip to Vegas and he went over everything we needed to know about purchasing a house in the area. He then showed us a couple houses in the area to get a feel for what we wanted in a house and was most important to us. There was an immediate trust built between us. For the next three months, Pete was in touch with us on a daily basis making sure everything was moving forward accordingly with the sale of our house in Nebraska. He was putting contingent offers in on houses for us in Vegas (sometimes up to three or four offers at a time, because the houses were going so quickly). He was amazing to work with, as was the the entire team at NextHome Realty and we couldn’t be happier with our house and with the entire experience.
