Pete is THE BEST! We began the process of just contemplating selling our house and moving about 3 years ago. My husband found Pete and contacted him. He came to our home and met with us, answering all our questions, and giving us the information we needed. Life changed a bit, and we wanted to postpone selling/moving. Pete simply replied “I will be here whenever you’re ready”. There was zero pressure. In the meantime, he continued to stay in contact, checking in on us, wishing us a Merry Christmas and Happy Mother’s and Father’s day. We even saw him out and about a few times, and he remembered us and called us by name! When we were finally ready, we called him, and his response was quick and positive. He immediately made an appointment to meet with my husband and go over all the details. We were listed within about two weeks (due to painting and organizing), and our house sold in JUST 3 DAYS!!! We went looking for homes to buy, and found a couple we liked. When we decided on the one we wanted, Pete did our paperwork promptly, and we had an accepted offer within a day! When we officially closed on our new house, him and his staff provided gifts that were unique, one of a kind, and so very thoughtful! I can not say enough about how amazing Pete is! He is kind hearted, prompt, punctual, reliable, and he knows realty!!! He even cracks some good jokes too! Kept us smiling and laughing. Our whole process from start to finish was virtually stress free! He is willing to do absolutely anything for his clients! 11 out of 10! Call him now! You will be glad you did!
