Pete was knowledgeable and came prepared to our first meeting with comparable sales statistics and answered all the questions on my list. I didn’t feel the need to interview any other agents. He responded promptly to all of our inquiries and the way he marketed our home was amazing, especially the pictures. Our home sold in the first 2 days with multiple offers.
